Recruitment is a "get to know you" process set aside for prospective members to meet with each fraternity. The recruitment period includes meeting at the Chapter houses and participating in recruitment events. For the Eta Xi Chapter of Sigma Chi, we take the week and let those going through recruitment see what our Brotherhood really is. We want anyone interested in joining our chapter to have a realistic idea of who we are, what we do, and most importantly the bond that makes us all a part of Sigma Chi.

The Jordan Standard pictured below is a minimum set of requirements for individuals before they can become brothers in Sigma Chi and it is the basis upon which the chapter extends bids to perspective members.
